The Donda West Law Has been Passed

In November of 2007, Kanye West's mother Donda West passed away due to complications with some cosmetic surgery that she had received. Almost two years later a bill was passed and made into a law in her honor which states that a person must undergo health checks and receive written clearance before they receive any kind of cosmetic surgery. The bill which was initially Vetoed by the governor of California due to "High volumes of proposed bills" was re-submitted in February of this year and made into a law on October 12th.

Thank Goodness because first Kanye lost his mother then Usher almost lost his wife (even though Tameka lied about when she gave birth...SMH). Its about time that people actually have to be checked out even though people should reserve the common knowledge to decide against going into cosmetic surgery when they have pre-existing conditions which could turn out deadly. I mean... Its common sense.
