Something about spoken word just really moves me. If I went to school and they taught us lessons thru spoken word, Id prolly never forget what they said! Here are two poems that moved me. There are sooo many more but I couldnt find em. If u ever get a chance to watch BRAVE NEW VOICES on HBO...make sure u watch it. Its intense!

Brave New Voices X Alysia
Russell Simmons brought us Def poetry at one time on HBO and i loved it> ive always been a fan of spoken word/slam poetry. And now he had brought us a lil something for our generation, Brave new Voices aires on HBO and is available on Indemand. I decided to share this poem because i feel a connection to it.
