Why Brett Favre came back

Growing up with my two cousins that are both male, and getting into plenty of arguments and stupid competitions about absolutely nothing, I know very well how big but fragile the male ego is. I've learned that it's best not to even challenge certain things admit defeat in order to move on with the day, because when a guy feels challanged he's never going to quit until he proves you wrong. Which brings me to my topic: Why Brett Favre keeps coming back. As I stated earlier the male ego never backs down when it feels challeged. When the Green Bay Packers expressed an organizational commitment to Aaron Rogers rather than Brett Favre a couple years ago. His ego was bruised. In spite of his tireless work ethic and unconditional to the Packers organization and the city itself the team turned their back on him as if he was washed up. Ever since that day, Brett Favre has been on a mission to get back at the Packers and prove that he was still the same Brett. He made the Packers and he was going to break them at least for that game. He wanted a shot at the Packers in the regular season and the opportunity to ruin their season in the post-season. We all should have known that Favre would be back. The Green Bay Packers trying to pacify him by sending him to the New York Jets, he wasn't going to take lying down. Just retire and go away never to be heard from again. Oh no. Brett had a plan. If he fulfills his wishes this season then we all can say goodbye to one of the greatest QBs of all time. If he doesn't, guess what? He'll be back next year. This isn't about football, a midsummer itch, passion and love for the game. The man was simply challenged.
